NudgebookGet early access

A CRM for solopreneurs who hate CRMs.

A simple way to remember who needs a follow-up, without managing another complicated CRM. Paste your Google Sheet, see who's overdue first, and log each follow-up in one click. No pipelines, no required fields, no setup.

Currently in development. Help shape the first version. I'm testing whether it's worth building, so I'll be straight with you.

Row 47 can sit overdue for three weeks and nothing happens. Nudgebook does the one thing a sheet can't: it puts overdue first, in red, and won't let it hide.

How long it takes

  1. 0:00Open Nudgebook. Overdue first, then due today. Nothing else on the screen.
  2. 0:05Tap a name. Pick what happened: spoke, no answer, voicemail, replied, booked.
  3. 0:10Pick the next date: +1 day, +3, +7, +14, or a date.
  4. 0:15Done. It leaves the queue. Next.

Mockup of the planned screens; the demo at the top of the page is interactive. 15 seconds is the target. I haven't measured it yet. When I do, I'll post the real number.

Who's building this

I'm a solo developer building Nudgebook. It isn't built yet, so the first people in will shape what I build first.

FAQ

Is it built yet?

Not yet. This page is how I find out if I should build it. Joining early access is how you help shape the first version.

Does it work with Google Sheets?

Version one is planned around pasting your rows in from Google Sheets or Excel. A live connection to your Google account is not part of that plan, and I would add one only if people ask for it.

Will it change my existing spreadsheet?

No. Pasting copies rows into Nudgebook. Your original sheet is never opened or edited by it.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded or connected?

Neither. The plan is paste-in only, so nothing links to your Google account or your files.

Where does my data go?

Your data is yours. Right now the only thing I hold is the email and answers you submit on this page, and replying to any email deletes them. I will publish a one-paragraph privacy note before anyone imports real leads.

Can I export my data?

Yes. CSV export at any time is part of the plan, so you can leave whenever you like.

What happens after I join early access?

I will email you when there is something to try, and I may ask to watch you import your sheet. There are 50 spots and no payment is taken.

What does it cost, and why $12/month?

Planned founding price: $12/month, locked in for early users. It does one job, so it is priced like one. Nothing is charged today, and you decide after you have tried it.

Is a spreadsheet really not enough?

For many people it is. If yours works, keep it. Nudgebook is for the moment a lead slips and you didn’t notice.

Is Nudgebook a Google Sheets CRM alternative?

Sort of. It reads like a sheet and you can paste yours in, but it adds the one thing a sheet can’t: overdue leads come first and can’t hide. It isn’t built yet, so this is what I’m aiming for.

Do I need a CRM if I already track leads in Google Sheets?

Not necessarily. If your sheet gets checked every day and nothing slips, keep it. If follow-ups quietly go stale, a lightweight follow-up log may help more than a full CRM.

Does it replace my CRM?

No. It’s the notebook you keep next to one, or instead of one.
